Terms & Conditions

By booking or participating in tutoring services with Sugar Land Math Tutor, you agree to the following terms:

 

We provide online tutoring for educational support only and do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or outcomes. All sessions must be scheduled in advance and are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing; sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.  

 

Sessions start and end at the scheduled time, and late student arrivals do not extend the session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance; cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and all no-shows are non-refundable and charged in full. If we need to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled or refunded.  

 

Clients are responsible for having a functioning device, internet connection, and access to required platforms, and technical issues on the student’s end do not qualify for refunds. Students are expected to behave respectfully, and we reserve the right to end a session or terminate services without refund for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior. All tutoring materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without permission.  

 

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, Sugar Land Math Tutor disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or relating to these services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
